Yes. A favorite activity at family all-girls Shabbatons is singing all the versions we know (our father's, grandfathers, etc) of the Zemirot and it's a huge pleasure hearing each other sing. But I also grew up with a father who invited the girls to sing at the holiday tables, at Passover seders especially.
